Captain Rob’s Custom Charters, LLC (CRC Charters), it’s owners, employee’s, and insurer will not be responsible for any injuries to any person(s) that may occur while entering and/or exiting the boat including when no pier or dock is available. This includes any injuries to any person(s) while off of the boat as part of the custom charter event. You should be in good health and free from major heart issues, neck or back problems, motion sickness, or any other conditions that could be aggravated by the movement of the boat which could be rough at times. If you are in doubt, please contact your provider prior to your adventure.
